Tour prices are per person in U.S. dollars. All lodging, Limo Liner transportation, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, in-transit snacks and drinks, sightseeing, attractions included in the itinerary, porterage, and the services of your Senior Tour Guide, Hospitality Chef, are included.

The tour price includes all hotel accommodations with private baths. The thought that goes into choosing the lodging is based on two criteria; Quality and convenience for routing. We have stayed in every hotel in the region and have chosen these properties based on customer feedback and our customer satisfaction. Limiting your time on the bus each day is critical to our lodging choices. We book rooms with two queen beds and do our best to change to king beds once the booking is complete. This is based on availability. The quality of each hotel may vary from location to location but we will never sacrifice quality and comfort. If your stay requires a roll-away cot, we will do our best to arrange it.


All meals are included on this tour.

Flex Pass–You will receive your Flex Pass when you board the Limo Liner upon arrival. The Flex Pass is a Visa gift card and is good wherever visa is accepted inside of the Continental US. The Flex Pass allows guests to choose where, when and what they want to eat while experiencing the National Parks. We believe this freedom and flexibility is a key element of your vacation. Any money that is left on the card at the end of the tour is good for 6 months after the departure date.

Our Hospitality Chef is a licensed trained chef who will be preparing food in the field. The food will be prepped in a licensed and approved commissary prior to departure. This is a highlight of our tour and makes the tour in the large National Park relaxed and paced for comfort.

You will have $20.00 on your Flex Pass if it is not included with the room. You will have $20.00 for lunches on your Flex Pass if the Chef is not preparing it. You will have $50.00 for dinner on your Flex Pass if your Chef is not preparing dinner.


Traditional gratuities for attractions and restaurants is included for local guides. When you are using your Flex Pass, you should tip as you normally would.


Guests are allowed one large suitcase per person with a maximum weight of 50 pounds. Please remember to clearly tag your luggage before you leave home.


One carry-on-bag is allowed while on-board the Limo Liner. There is limited space for large bags on the Limo Liner so it is recommended to carry a small bag such as a back pack or a hand bag.

Travel Documents

Your tour specialist will send you your travel documents once you are booked. Your Emergency Waiver, Waiver of Liability, and Traveler Questionnaire Form will be sent once final payment is made. You must fully complete each online document before you can board for the tour.

Not Included

Air transportation to the tour departure point and from the tour ending point is not included.

Lodging Before And After Your Tour

So that you are fully rested and avoid any flight delays, you may choose to arrive early or extend your stay following your tour. Any lodging before or after the tour is your responsibility. Please let us know if we can help make any suggestions.

Luggage Responsibility

Although every effort is made to handle your luggage carefully, we cannot be responsible, assume liability or accept claims for loss or damage to luggage and personal effects due to breakage, theft, or fair wear and tear through hotel, airline and group carrier handling. It is important for your own self-interest and protection that you make certain you have adequate insurance to cover these eventualities.

Lost luggage is an unfortunate possibility in today’s world of airline travel.

We suggest that you:

  • Be sure the airline has your onward itinerary
  • Avoid packing critical medication or valuables in your checked luggage
  • Keep a change of clothing in your carry-on-bag
  • If you don’t have enough room in your carry-on-bag, consider sharing your companions.
  • Pack at least one change of clothing in your carry-on bag

Personal Expenses

All of your meals on the itinerary are included but you will want to be prepared for other personal expenses such as phone calls, room service, alcoholic and other beverages not specifically included, laundry, dry cleaning, airline excess luggage charges, vaccinations, visa fees and services, airport arrival and departure taxes, individual train and airport transfers (when applicable), and other optional or incidental extras are not included and may be significant

The customary gratuities for your Hospitality Chef, Driver and Senior Tour Specialist are included

Tour end and start time

Your tour begins at 4:30 PM at the Rustic Inn, in Jackson, WY on the Sunday, the first day of the tour. If there are any changes, you or your agent will be advised in advance.. When you make flight arrangements, please allow sufficient time to claim your luggage and clear customs in order to join the tour on time. The tour ends at the Rustic Inn in Jackson, WY on Friday evening, and you will be ready for departure home on Saturday. The Limo Liner will take you back to the airport for departure.

Holiday and Museum Closures

Attraction visits and personal shopping time may be disrupted due to unforeseen circumstances or the many state, religious and civic holidays locally observed. Your Tour Specialist team will communicate with you prior to your tour if there are expected changes in your experience.

Changes to Itinerary and Flexibility in Prices

The Yellowstone area is a unique region with many factors that can determine the days schedule. It is important to know that your Senior Tour Guide will alter the schedule if weather, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances would negatively effect the schedule. If you are on a photography tour, your guide may choose to go a different route at a different time of day because of animal sightings or other unique circumstances. Your guide has years of experience in the Yellowstone region and is highly connected with the National Park Rangers. This is beneficial to you when traffic issues and animal sightings come into play. We pledge to make every effort to operate all tours as advertised. We reserve the right to alter or curtail the itinerary, or substitute sightseeing, hotels, and/or conveyances as deemed necessary. Any savings realized by these changes will be refunded to you. Any resultant added expense will be covered by us. Although not expected, prices on this website may be modified due to unexpected significant external factors not forecast at the time of publication.

Photography on Tour

At times, we will use photographs and/or video taken by fellow guests or your Senior Tour Guide or on your tour for print, Internet and other media promotional purposes. If you prefer that your image not be used in any marketing activities, please notify your Senior Tour Guide at the start of your tour.

ATM and Credit Cards

We recommend that you contact your bank in advance of departing on this tour to determine whether you will be able to use your ATM and credit cards while traveling. When contacting your bank, notify them of your travel dates so that they will anticipate charges being made outside of your hometown and do not suspend your cards for what may appear to them to be “suspicious” charges. We also recommend that you make a photocopy of the front and back sides of your ATM and credit cards to leave behind with someone at home who will assist you in the event your cards are misplaced, lost or stolen.

Cell Phone Use

Staying in communication with family and loved ones while traveling is a modern day privilege that we all value. Your Senior Tour Guide will clearly communicate when cell coverage is available on your tour. Once inside the National Parks, cell coverage is very random. Verizon seems to have the best footprint for cell coverage. Talking on your cell during your tour can be very disruptive so we ask that you refrain from using your cell phones until the appropriate time at a stop, or when your Tour Guide suggests. Please contact your cell phone carrier to determine whether your service extends to the Yellowstone and Grand Teton region.

Your Health and Activity Level

Your itinerary was built specifically to be malleable for all levels of activity, however you should be in good health and able to walk reasonable distances, often over unpaved and uneven surfaces. There are multiple opportunities to walk, or hike distances that are appropriate for your interest and ability. If you do not intend to hike or your health restricts your movement, most all attractions are attainable within a very leisure walk. If you have specific concerns, please ask questions of your Senior Tour Specialist prior to departure and they will be able answer your concerns or questions.. If you have a heart condition or lung ailment, please consult your physician before you book your trip.

PLEASE NOTE: We regret that we’re unable to provide individual assistance to guests with walking difficulties or other personal needs. The responsibility of the Senior Tour Guide who accompanies your trip is to ensure that the larger group enjoys a relaxing and informative journey, and he or she cannot be relied upon to provide ongoing individual assistance to any one guest. Guests requiring such individualized assistance must be accompanied by an able-bodied companion who can provide it. While drinking water is generally safe at all our hotels, bottled water will be available wherever the local water is not fit to drink. We also provide bottled water on the motor coaches. All of our hotels are all non-smoking hotels and a very large fine will be assessed if it is determined that anyone has smoked while on property. Please check with your health insurance provider to determine whether you are covered while traveling. If you will not be covered under your current policy, we strongly suggest that you arrange for adequate coverage while on tour. If you have a medical condition that might limit your participation in activities, please consult your physician for pre-departure health advice and notify Senior Tour Guide as soon as possible, if you have not already done so. If you are a resident of another country traveling to or within the U.S., we suggest that contact your physician, the public health service in your area, or the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) to obtain information regarding vaccinations and medications for vaccine-preventable diseases and other diseases for which you might be at risk when you reach your destination in the U.S. The Travelers’ Health Section of the CDC operates a 24-hour “Travelers’ Health Hotline” at 800-232-4636 (toll-free in the U.S.).

What to Pack

Clothing: We highly recommend the following for your suitcase:

  • Light coat that wicks moisture and wind
  • Comfortable walking shoes that breathe
  • If you are planning to hike, a shoe that will offer support in the ankles are suggested. Tennis shoes do work, but if you are concerned about getting them dirty or having support for your ankles, you might consider something more durable and stable.
  • We eat at a variety of different places, but you can dress casually at any of these locations. Do not concern yourself with packing unnecessary formal clothing.

Extras: Here are some additional essentials

  • A small carry-on backpack for the trail or on the Limo Liner. (Please consider a small bag and not too bulky)
  • A neck pillow (inflatables are easier to pack but any will do)
  • Walking sticks if you have balance issues.
  • We have good binoculars so don’t worry about packing them.
  • Bug repellant and sun screen.
  • Sun glasses (very important)
  • Head phones. (To be considerate to others, we ask that you use headphones for any noises associated with your electronic devices)
  • Allergy medicine if you suffer from allergies.
  • If you struggle with motion sickness you should bring something that helps with that.
  • Bathing suit if you want to use the pool.
  • Charging cables for your electronic devices and batteries if they are necessary.

The U.S. dollar (USD) is the unit of currency and is divided into 100 cents. Only major banks exchange foreign currency. ATMs are widespread and credit cards and travelers’ checks are widely accepted. Travelers’ checks should be taken in U.S. dollars to avoid hassles. Banking hours are generally Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Electrical Current

There is 110 power on the Limo Liner to charge your electronic devices. The electrical current in the U.S. is 110 V, 60 Hz, AC, which accommodates standard U.S. plugs having either two flat pins or two flat pins and a round grounding pin. If you bring electric devices that are not compatible with this system, you may need to bring the appropriate adapters and converters.

Access to Internet

There will be internet access on the Limo Liner where coverage is available. This does not include high speed streaming such as Netflix. Complimentary basic Internet is available in hotel rooms; service levels are not guaranteed.

Time Zones

We will start the tour in the U.S. Mountain Time Zone and are 6 hours behind Coordinated Universal Time (or Greenwich Mean Time). From early March to early November, these areas switch to Daylight Saving Time and are 6 hours behind. Jackson Hole

Jackson is a town in Wyoming’s Jackson Hole valley, home to 3 ski areas: Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Snow King Mountain Resort and Grand Targhee Resort. The Town Square features arches made of shed antlers from the nearby National Elk Refuge.

Yellowstone National Park

The park sits on the Yellowstone Plateau, at an average elevation of 8,000 feet (2,400 m) above sea level. The plateau is bounded on nearly all sides by mountain ranges of the Middle Rocky Mountains, which range from 9,000 to 11,000 feet (2,700 to 3,400 m) in elevation.

Rendezvous Mountain

Rendezvous Mountain is a large mountain massif located in the southern Teton Range in the U.S. state of Wyoming. The highest point on Rendezvous Mountain is Rendezvous Peak.

On the Limo Liner: Everyone has different ideas of what is a comfortable temperature. We highly encourage you to dress in layers and consider a coat that wicks moisture and wind. Even on a normal day, a fleece or a wind breaker can really make a big difference.

On the Trail: If you find yourself taking lengthy walks away from the Limo Liner on one of the many trails in the park, you may navigate through forested areas where there is shade and then a short while later, find yourself basking in direct sunlight. The temperature can change drastically in the park with an incoming cold front so it’s critical that you are prepared for this.

Final Payment

Final Payment is due 100 days before departure. Any bookings without full payment at this time may be subject to cancellation without notice.

Travel Trip Protection Insurance

We highly suggest each traveler acquires travel trip protection insurance. Your Senior Tour Specialist will recommend multiple companies at the time of booking. Insurance is intended to protect you from a variety of potential issues and to protect your vacation dollars. Passing on travel insurance will not protect you if there is a natural disaster or a serious mechanical failure. Once you’ve completed your booking, your Tour Specialist will walk through trip protections expectations.
