This journey into the Northwest provides a range of stark contrasts: From the bustling city of Seattle, to observing the migration of majestic whales, to the Canadian border, you’ll view incredible vistas, mountains, lakes, valleys and the incredible San Juan Islands. Sure to create lasting memories, we’ll venture along giant trees, cliffs, and through the Fraser Valley. We’ll explore quaint towns and visit specially-selected wineries with time to spare for hiking, golfing, relaxing and taking in the awe-inspiring views.
Day 1: The Emerald City Jewells
Premium Lodging: The Motif: Seattle, WA
Our adventure begins in the Emerald City at the Pike Place Market, where visitors have been witnessing the flying fish, fresh flowers and amazing food and hand-crafted treasures since 1907. We’ll explore Seattle Center for panoramic views of the Puget Sound and the Cascade Range from atop the famous Space Needle before walking through the Chihuly Garden of Glass. Next, our Limo Liner takes us on a scenic drive of the Seattle area while we learn about the history, culture and iconic landmarks that make this place so special. The evening is yours to explore downtown Seattle and the Puget Sound waterfront.
Day 2: Seattle, Puget Sound, Victoria, Butchart Gardens, Capilano Suspension Bridge Park, Harrison Hot Springs
Premium Lodging: Harrison Hot Springs Resort: Fraser Valley, BC
We’ll depart early aboard the Victoria Clipper to travel across the Puget Sound and into Victoria’s Inner Harbor. Enjoy panoramic views of Mt. Rainier and the Cascade Range along with active sea life and coastal birds of the Puget Sound. A short trip on the Limo Liner takes us to Butchart Gardens for high tea and a stroll through the century-old gardens. We’ll then take a ferry to the Capilano Suspension Bridge State Park to walk amongst giant trees, cliffs towering above the forest floor. The series of narrow cantilever suspension bridges, stairs, and platforms allow you to marvel at the amazing scenery of Vancouver, BC. We’ll then travel through the Fraser Valley to end at Harrison Hot Springs Resort. Explore the surrounding walking trails, relax in one of the many hot spring pools, and enjoy a sunset dinner overlooking Harrison Lake.
Day 3: Eco River Cruise, Harrison Hot Springs, Fraser Valley

Take the morning to explore the Hot Springs Resort. After lunch, we will take an eco jet boat cruise in search of majestic eagles, osprey, seals, herons and a variety of other wildlife. On this 1.5 hour trip down the Harrison River, we’ll meet up with Harrison Bay and Harrison Mills, near Kilby Provincial Park. Enjoy the natural serene beauty of the river and other points of interest such as First Nations’ petroglyphs, the historic “Bubble and Squeak” sunken steamship, and the stunning vistas of the mountains surrounding the Fraser Valley. Our chef will serve dinner at a specially chosen scenic spot as we take in the sunset and view wildlife emerge into the evening.
Day 4: Whale Watching Tour in The San Juan Islands

We’ll depart early to cross the border into the US to the Port of Bellingham for a full day exploring the majestic San Juan Islands. We’ll begin with a scenic cruise through the heart of the Islands to Friday Harbor where you’ll have ample time to wander around this vibrant seaside port filled with interesting shops, art galleries, brewpubs, and the largest whale museum in the Northwest. Next, we’ll enjoy a delicious Northwest wild salmon and BBQ chicken lunch with a variety of side dishes and dessert, all while taking in the sites aboard the Victoria Star 2. While you dine, we’ll make our way towards prime whale watching waters in search of Orca, Humpback, Minke, and on rare occasions, Gray and Fin whales. This San Juan Islands Deluxe Whale Watching Adventure cruise provides incredible sights, sounds, and marine wildlife for you to enjoy. After our cruise, relax and take in the views at Semiahmoo Golf Resort and Spa.
Day 5: North Cascade National Park, Lake Chelan & Leavenworth

Departing from Semiahmoo Resort, we’ll make our way into the North Cascade National Park, filled with glacier-clad peaks rising almost vertically from the lush forested valleys. Often called the American Alps, The North Cascades boast stunning views of virgin forests and fragile subalpine meadows where black bears, mountain goats, black-tailed deer, marmots, mountain lions and bobcats thrive. Our first stop is at Ross Lake. For those wanting to hike, the Chef will provide a pack lunch to enjoy while on the trail. As we continue our scenic drive towards the Lake Chelan Recreation Area, we’ll stop for a treat and photo-ops in the charming town of Winthrop. Once in Lake Chelan, we will visit a couple of our favorite award-winning wineries. The Bavarian-themed town of Leavenworth will host us for dinner and a unique shopping experience. Our final stop is the town of Roslyn, where Northern Exposure was filmed in the 90’s, before arriving late at the Suncadia Resort.
Day 6: Suncadia Resort, Snoqualmie Falls, and Chateau St. Michelle Winery
Premium Lodging: Cedarbrook Lodge, Seatac WA
The Limo Liner offers multiple excursions today for hikers who want to explore the Cascade Range lakes and alpine ridges with both leisure and aggressive options. Golf and spa services are available for those who choose to stay at the resort. Paddleboards, mountain bikes, walking trails, hot springs and an amazing winery are at your beckon call as you explore this amazing resort. After lunch, we’ll make our way to Chateau St. Michelle for wine tasting at Washington’s most recognized winery. After a stop at the beautiful Snoqualmie Falls, we’ll arrive in downtown Seattle with enough time for you to explore the Friday nightlife and absorb the culture that makes the Emerald City so unique. The day’s activities conclude with a farewell dinner at Salty’s on Alki Beach overlooking the city skyline. We’ll arrive at Cedarbrook Lodge where the evening is yours to enjoy.
Day 7: The Journey Home
Breakfast and a shuttle to the airport are included at the lodge. If you plan to extend your stay, the Limo Liner may escort you back into the city or to the Boeing Museum of Flight, something we highly recommend visiting. We hope you enjoy traveling with us.
